zoe maree Laurel did my hair and makeup for my year 12 formal, and I was absolutely blown away with how good it was!! My makeup stayed on for over 12 hours, despite lots of dancing and sweating haha, and my hair still looked amazing even days later. Couldn’t recommend her enough, definitely the go-to for any hair and makeup needs!

Marissa It was an absolute pleasure to have Laurel working on my face, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Laurel was professional, friendly, and truly listened to what I wanted. The makeup was flawless, lasted all night, and looked amazing both in person and in photos. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Aimee Horne Laurel is a superstar. My hmua cancelled the morning of an event and everyone I knew was unavailable to replace her. I called Laurel at midday for to try for a 4pm booking. Not only was she delightful, she moved her own afternoon around to accommodate me. She was so personable, chatty, did not rush despite having her own event to go to immediately after me and most importantly, did a stellar job of my hair and make up. She listened to what I was after and changed lip colours when it wasnt quite right. She was meticulous and used great products. I would absolutely use her services again. Thanks, Laurel!!

Gillian Bennett Laurel is a lovely, friendly lady who instantly puts you at ease. I put myself in Laurel hands as she guided me through my preferred colours, and with a little encouragement, agreed to a few single false lashes which looked incredible. My make up was for my sons wedding on a 32 degree day, but my make up lasted 12 hours, and looked light and fresh right until the end. Heather McCann Lisa is such a “real person” who listens and not that robot type that you often get in hair salons. She offers suggestions re your hair, yet follows what you are asking her to do and nails it every time. I highly recommend Lisa she is a good person and a great hairdresser!!!

The whole team is professional, while still being hilariously funny. An institution, and an integral part of the community.

Nishit Nair I have been to a couple of places around Wahroonga to get my hair cut, but since finding these guys about a few months back I havent gone anywhere else. I’ve gotten my hair cut done by Greg and Kareem, who are extremely professional ,very meticulous with their work and always did a great job. Kareem is an exceptionally skilled barber with great attention to detail who is super friendly, provides great customer service, and gives the best fades.

Vish Been going here a few months and highly recommend the shop. Friendly service and their booking system means you’re not waiting too long for a high level haircut. Not the cheapest but you get value for money with the attention they give to each customer.

Doreena Kuckreja Its a very well.known barber shop in Wahroonga and all for the right reasons. They are very professional, kind and super good at what they do. Greg is excellent with young kids. He cuts my sons hair and its always been a pleasant experience. They are also particularly meticulous in their hygiene practices.

Cameron Dodd After my barber of several years moved overseas, I spent several months searching for the perfect replacement. After much searching, I came across Karim at That Barber Shop. His skin fades are top notch and his attention to detail is insane. Top it off with a beard trim and you have a very happy customer. Greg and Gerard are always very welcoming and the whole shop has a great vibe to it. Would recommend to anyone!
