5 /5 Phil Dawson: I have had a total transformation by going to Fusion Pilates! I had no idea just how much I was not using my core and now after just one month, simple little tasks seems so easy, lifting my kids and bending down are so much easier. My surfing ability has vastly improved too. I can breath better and sleep without lower back pain. I could list more, but honestly guys, thank you so much for how you’ve helped me so far and I can’t recommend the Fusion team enough, their in depth induction for a novice like me and their constant follow up and guidance has landed a new regular and I can see myself doing Pilates forever now, I truly feel amazing. 5 /5 Nicola Deakins: This is a beautiful reformer studio with friendly instructors who have always made me feel welcome, I have been going 1-3 times a week since they opened. It has been great to build reformer pilates into my training routine as the classes have helped me to focus on smaller muscle groups than my gym workouts and compliment my higher intensity workouts on recovery days. The instructors were all wonderful at explaining the reformer machine and providing different modifications for the different levels in the class.

5 /5 Stephanie Moran: Fusion is the first place I tried reformer Pilates… and, I’m a convert after attending Paula and Alistair’s classes. I leave each session feeling taller and stronger, but without the aches that often follows a great work- out. Instructors are attentive and know how to make you work, safely and within your limit, especially good those who are recovering from injuries. I find there’s a good choice of classes to fit in around work and other commitments. Recommended!

5 /5 Leila Riffi: Great reformer studio in Manly - first one I have tried which combines reformer pilates and TRX. Nice touch - no muscle group spared! Instructors are very experienced (thank you Paula, Alistair and Suellen for being so attentive and ensuring everyone was in the correct position and getting the most out of each exercise). The studio is spacious, well equipped and ventilated. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced people alike.

5 /5 Emma Ritchie: After just four sessions at this studio, my stomach was flatter, my butt was lifted and most importantly the issues in my lower back were gone. I stand taller, have more stability and cant wait to go back. Paula is an incredible teacher, really detailed in what you should and shouldnt be feeling and makes sure every student has her attention.
