Ellie I had such a great experience at APM Monaco in Sydney Chatswood! I couldn’t find my receipt, but the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly located it for me. I remembered being told that the pearls on my ring were glued and could fall off, and that APM would fix it—true to their word, they did just that.
