She is so down to earth and skilled - we loved the whole process of talking about our ideas, then seeing the sketches, being able to place our diamond and gems and be part of the design process… everything was really organic and so enjoyable to create something that was representative of our story.

David Kirkaldie My fiance and I were looking at rings in the window when a salesperson, Oona, invited us in. She was incredibly helpful and patient even though we were just window shopping while on vacation. The rings were fairly priced, the staff was very knowledgeable, and there was no sales pressure. We fell in love with a vintage ring with an old European cut diamond that had a fire inside that you dont see with modern cuts. We also wanted an older diamond that could not be a conflict diamond. We ended up calling the next day to purchase the ring, we just couldnt pass it up. Marcus took the call and double checked the size, mailed it to Colorado at no cost. When it arrived it came in a handsome ring box and a thank you note was included. Everything about this business transaction was delightful and smooth. I might have to come back for the wedding band.

Daniel Iskandar I came in on Friday to purchase a gift for my sisters Deb, and was served by the lovely Angela. She provided outstanding service, although the charm I initially wanted was out of stock, Angela provided me with multiple options which turned out to be more suited to what I envisioned. I hope she is being recognised for her efforts, will come back to her again.
