Thank you Ani for your help, I wish we have more ppl like Ani helping the customers based on their needs rather then focusing on sales based tactics only.

The watch length needed to be adjusted and there was initially some struggle to get them removed, however staff (especially Ani) went above and beyond to get it done quickly. She was so polite and sympathetic, really great customer service! Thank you!!

1 /5 Beth L-M: Just went in today (23/02) to buy a ring as a gift and the younger girl that served me was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn’t help explain the sizes and that you only stock one size of men’s rings in-store (which I also find ridiculous) and looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for clarification on the ring sizes and how to exchange if incorrect, as I assumed you would hold a range of them. Will not be returning as this was horrible customer service, coming from a manager of a store in the centre, especially when I am wanted to spend more money on a nicer product.
