Blake I had a brand new Gucci watch gifted to me for my birthday, But when I opened the box we noticed it had stopped working, I called up they told me to bring it down so they can look at it. The Staff allowed me to switch it out for a new watch, Which was amazing. I appreciate the fantastic service and the fact that I can now wear it and enjoy my new watch.. Thank you! Sue Daniels Cant fault the customer service. I was very surprised to read other reviews, as my experience with them has been nothing but positive. I ordered some earrings for Mothers Day which Australia Post lost. After waiting patiently for a few weeks to see if 1st pair were found, a 2nd pair of earrings were sent out and thankfully these were received quickly with no issues. Earrings are just gorgeous. I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

Nicholas Hadaway Just had my second watch I inherited from my Grandfather, serviced and repaired. Both from late 50s early 60s. Glen did a fantastic job on them both. The Omega was easier but the Lator was broken and required parts. Glen found the parts fixed it polished it and it is running again 60 years from when it was built. Just amazing service.
