5 /5 Viji Shankar: Two years ago, I was diagnosed of osteopenia and decided to go to the gym to do strength training but it lasted only for a year. I was not motivated and couldnt focus much at the gym and eventually gave up. Unfortunately earlier this year it was confirmed that I have progressed to be having Osteoporosis. So I decided that I need to do find an exercise regime to prevent further deterioration of bone density and thats the time I learnt about Bellator Wellbeing and Berta from the Beecroft - Cheltenham FB group. I did a trial lesson and loved Bertas mat Pilates. She is an amazing Pilates instructor and I love going for the group classes. Its a small group class with a lovely group of women, and Berta makes sure that I choose to do the level of Pilates that is right for my level of fitness. Its so easy to book classes through the APP. Although Pilates and osteoporosis have little correlation in increasing bone density, most studies note that Pilates can prevent further bone deterioration, and thats what matters to me. I feel that finally I have found the right fit for me. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested to try out Bellator Wellbeings Mat Pilates. Youd love Berta.
