1 /5 Ghassan: I dont want to give this shop 1star,I purchased a watch on the 13/5/2025 it was gaining time,I took it back for them to tell me it would take 3 months to fix it I asked for a refund they said it was out of warranty by 10 days and would not do anything about it. I paid $500.00 for the Seiko watch i recommend for people not to go to this shop in Miranda no service no courtesy very disappointed. All thay interested in your money i will never go to this shop again and the matter in the hands of Department of Fair Trading.

1 /5 Jennifer Hoffmann: I purchased a men’s ring for a special occasion, apparently the strongest ring “Tungsten” for my sporty husband, only for it to break right through when it was first dropped. No honouring of warranty, no solution offered. This ring is NOT Tungsten! Stay well away.

1 /5 Jen JLH: A disappointing experience from point of sale to problem solving when my gift, for a special anniversary, apparently "the strongest metal on the market" broke. No offer of support, honouring of warranty, replacement or anything. Just attitude all the way. No reason to return.

She always serves me with friendliness and a caring approach when I ask her questions about the item she is perfect for this field. I always feel confident and assured when I purchase from her. I find her trustworthy.
