I had a slight issue with my order (basically my fault - picked the wrong necklace) but they were incredible helpful and sorted this out for me. No doubt ill be back to place more orders soon. 5 /5 R Louise: Seriously the BEST jewellery brand. The pieces are so timeless & cool. I wear mine every day and don’t take them off when I shower! I went to Thailand 3 months ago, went in the sea etc etc and they haven’t tarnished AT ALL. Customer service is also fabulous.

5 /5 Nicola Rose: Whole set of jewellery, 6 weeks solid surf, sand, sunscreen, the whole bit whilst camping. Never taken off and it hasnt tarnished or dulled down. Stones are still pretty. Highly recommend. I originally bought from markets in Sydney then bought more online. 3 day postage turnaround from date of purchase. Brilliant !!!!!

5 /5 annie h: AMAZING! I think I have every single piece Bixby brings out by now, they make such pretty things and are mother and daughter which is super cute. I wear them non stop and have never had a single issue with tarnishing etc. I needed a different size in something and they jumped on my email straight away and sorted it out for me. Big fan !!!
