Maribyrnong parkrun - NSW

David Westaway A delightful course along the Maribyrnong River, this event is almost too big for the size of the track. With over 600 participants, the start was very crowded but it spread out after the first kilometre. The track heads south for 2.5km before looping to the right around a lake then heading north back to the start/finish.

Brooke Tonkin Yay Yoga with Jaime is great. I had never done yoga before (and had zero flexibility), but Jaime was very welcoming and keen to help me get the most out of my yoga sessions while keeping within my capabilities. She also caters for those that are more advanced by providing options to make the poses more intense. Ive noticed quite an improvement in my flexibility in the few months that Ive been going. Highly recommend.
