Thanks to Vicki’s genuine care and thoughtful guidance, I was able to make a wise and safe decision to have a C-section — instead of my initial plan for a natural birth at Box Hill Hospital. Everyone at Box Hill Hospital was kind and professional, but their care tended to follow standard procedures. In contrast, Vicki offered deeply personal and practical advice that truly addressed my individual needs. Her approach was sincere, empathetic, and grounded in real understanding. Even my husband, though supportive, couldn’t really help me with my concerns about organ prolapse — but Vicki did. She made me feel understood, supported, and confident in my choices. Among everyone I met during my pregnancy, Vicki’s care stood out the most. I’m deeply grateful for her expertise, wisdom, and kindness.

Josie I have been coming to Hi Pilates for a year and a half now, and have had nothing but the best experience. Classes are not daunting/intimidating at all for beginners, but also provide adequate progressions for when you get stronger and more advanced - no matter what level you are at, you will feel challenged and well accomplished after the class. I started out with very little experience, and now have noticed tremendous improvements in my strength and ability with consistent classes. The environment is extremely welcoming - with friendly, warm and well-educated instructors, as well as a kind community environment of members. All of the instructors are wonderful - I thoroughly enjoy coming to all of their classes - thank you to Tiana, Jemma, Mavis, Rosie and Jayde for all of your support and encouragement. A beautiful place with a beautiful team, with consistency you will definitely see results here! :)
