1 /5 Sally Williams: Terrible experience - no communication. Had our (expensive) engagement rings dropped on a Saturday and told we would get a quote… 5 days later still nothing. Mind you this was just for two rings to be resized by a size down! Very disappointing when you have left expensive and meaningful jewellery with them. When I called at opening hours, no answer. When I told them I was going to go to another jeweller, no explanation or rectifying the lack of communication. No experience with their work as we never heard back!!!

5 /5 H F: My elderly mother urgently needed a new watchband. I decided to come here based on a very quick look at google maps as we were nearby. It was a great decision. Lindsay was so kind and understanding about my mums reliance on her watch. He decided to try to look after everything on the spot (we were so lucky it didnt turn out to be a particularly tough job - you never can tell at the outset for sure). Lindsay did a great job to make sure the new watchband would be comfortable for my mum too. Lindsays kindness and customer service skills are amazing. I cannot thank him enough for how much he helped my mum (and me!) today. We met a few other customers who popped in while we were there and they all seemed delighted with Lindsays work.

5 /5 Michael Hearle: I had an old intricate art deco ring fixed up at Camelot Jewellers. It came out looking way better than when it was purchased. With tiny little diamonds being replaced and the best clean I think this ring has ever seen. Lindsay the owner is also absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend this jeweller for fixing jewellery but also for creating something unique for yourself. The display cabinet is full of special designs and I could see that Lindsay creates on demand as well.
