Karen Davies Tried their spray tan and loved it! Staff were friendly and helpful - I felt at ease straight away. The video instructions as well as the instructions on the wall were very easy to follow (suggest you read the laminated instructions on the machine before watching the video). The whole thing took less than 15 minutes (including getting prepped, reading the instructions and getting the actual spray tan). The machine talks you through the process as you do it too - so you know exactly what to do at every stage. The door also automatically locks once you’re in the room and will only unlock when you push the handle, so you feel safe and secure.

Bini dhakal I absolutely love F45! The workouts are challenging and always different, so I never get bored. The coaches are what really make this place special, though. Theyre incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always there to push you to do your best. Its a fantastic community, and Ive seen amazing results. Highly recommend!

Joel Zessin Great facilities friendly staff downstairs seems to be more for cardio and upstairs is more for strength training, very clean and tidy and everything in the right spot and Alison was super nice and professional
