They helped me find the perfect piece, and even gave extra options for the broken chain I brought in that had been deemed "faulty and unrepairable" by other jewellers I always leave their store feeling happy, heard, and with a beautiful piece of jewellery.

York Jewellers Warriewood - NSW
Casey Turner I came to York Jewellers, Warriewood on a Tuesday and asked if it was possible to have a ring for the Saturday (5 days later) for urgent family reasons. Jacqui called up straight away to see if they had the ring I wanted in other stores, which they didn’t. She said they would help me custom make one and it would be ready by the Saturday. The ring ended up being ready 2 days later, where the turnaround time would normally be 3 weeks. Jacqui was so lovely and personable from start to finish and I’m incredibly grateful for the team being so proactive and getting the ring to me in time. Thanks ladies!
