Y Lee Great jewellery shop. Chantelle helped my fiancé source the diamond and helped me with choosing the right setting to go with it. She made us both feel comfortable with our decisions and it never felt like a pressured sale. Also, if they have the right setting at the store, they can set your diamond within an hour! Very good service and highly recommended

Daniel I initially had an issue with a gold chain that came apart on its own (outside of its warranty). Followed by further multiple complications when trying to get it repaired. So why the five stars? When I visited the store, the manager was incredibly apologetic, went above and beyond to track down my original purchase across multiple systems, and ultimately provided me with a replacement chain to make up for the difficulties I had encountered at every step of the process. Their genuine care to make it right made all the difference in the end, and I truly appreciated it!
