5 /5 Kale Hyde: I’ve trained at a lot of places, but Combine Air is honestly on another level. From the moment you walk in, the vibe hits you the coaches remember your name, they actually push you (in a good way), and the sessions are structured so well that you feel like you’re getting the absolute most out of every minute.
The altitude training is no joke. I’ve noticed a massive difference in my cardio, recovery, and overall energy since joining. Even on days when I walk in feeling flat, I walk out feeling like I’ve just levelled up. The programming is smart, challenging, and perfect if you want to get fitter, leaner, and feel stronger across the board.
The community is a huge standout too. Everyone’s friendly, competitive in the best way, and it makes you want to show up consistently. North Sydney especially has a great team, super supportive, always checking in on form and technique, and they actually care about you improving.
If you want a gym that pushes you, challenges you, and genuinely changes how you feel day-to-day, Combine Air North Sydney is it. Best decision I’ve made for my training in a long time!
