Charlotte listened to what I was interested in and bought out a few pieces for me to try on. I went with a signet ring and my wife was able to pick it up next day to give to me. If you’re unsure what you’re after I would definitely recommend a consult, it was such a great shopping experience. Charlotte was so professional, kind and caring and made the buying journey so easy. Matthew David Shaw Well, it could be a long story, but I wont bore you with too many details. My father, who recently passed had given me a limited edition Rolex. I took it to a certified Rolex repair shop in Austin, and it hasnt worked since! (Over 5 years) When he passed, I wanted to wear it in his honor, and I discovered Frank Lendvai! What a FIND! Right here in my backyard off of Rayford I discovered Regal Jewelers. Frank explained his EXTENSIVE training at some of the most prestigious watch companies in the world, but his passion for watches is what closed me. Literally, less than 72 hours later, I had a perfectly working Rolex that looked new! The cost was almost obscene it was so reasonable, and the service, commitment to perfection, and joy Frank has when he sees the joy in the eyes of his clients: Priceless. BTW, he even sends photos to you as he is doing the work!!!

Laura Langenbach Yossi is amazing! Hes so helpful and nice and gave me a little tour through his atelier. An old ring of mine (from the 1940s) had to be fixed cause a little bit on the side broke off. Since it was my mums ring who recently passed away (and my grandmothers before that) , it had a great sentimental value to me. Yossi treated the ring with all the respect and told me all about it, since I didnt know much about it. The outcome was amazing! He went above and beyond to restore the ring in the best way possible and I walked out with a perfectly restored ring, even though I went in thinking only that side bit would be fixed. He didnt charge any additional costs for the extra work he had done which was great! Im really happy with the ring and it will probably last me many, many years before anything has to be done about it again! If I ever need to get any jewelry done, I would definitely come back here!
