Marco Nero I recently visited the Fuse Silver store at Castle Towers (NSW) several times this week (and twice today) to purchase gifts for other people. I spoke with several different staff who were all helpful and polite. I felt no pressure to buy and they were able to recommend suitable items for me on request. The service was excellent and the products were both well-made and, in some cases, unique one-off pieces. As a kiosk-style store, I was surprised at the range of Silver items they were selling - and if youre fond of Silver jewellery, this is certainly the place to visit. Each display cabinet has a theme based on the types of gemstones or type of jewellery contained within. - and there are literally hundreds of products to choose from. I have no hesitation in recommending Fuse Silver. Their products are quite well priced when you consider the metal content, any gemstones used and the work of the jewellers and artisans involved. I look forward to checking in again to see any new pieces that arrive in future.

Kate McNamara Ben worked with my partner to design the most perfect engagement ring. When deciding on the diamonds, Ben explained each element carefully and was thorough in his selection of the stone. Along the way, Ben spent time capturing each step of the process, providing pictures and a detailed description. After receiving the ring, Ben walked me through correct care of the ring and provided immense knowledge on correct sizing. The detail on the ring demonstrates the time and care Ben puts into his pieces, ensuring each one is perfect.
