He is very professional, smart, knowledgeable and diligent in handling our case and issues. As a lawyer he is always very frank and honest about the steps that needs to be taken to give us the best and beneficial results! Highly recommended! The other staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff Ranti is exceptional! Very prompt and quick in arranging correspondence, making sure every phone calls, emails and appointments are accounted for. We will keep using the Di Lizio service. It is the best for us!

Also some of them were happily surprised as Mario suggested to purchase the property as a tenancy in common instead of joint tenancy which was a plus as they did not know the difference between both legal concepts. I consider an honour to have known Mario over many years and to still confirm that he is not only compassionate towards the clients issues but also efficient and responsible in the profession.

Not only have I engaged Mario and Grace at the firm myself, but I have recommended others to use their professional services as well. My wife and I have been extremely happy over the years with the high quality of advice and assistance in a range of matters, some complex, some a bit less so but still with their unique difficulties. In all matters and on all occasions, I have found Mario’s and Grace’s advice thoughtful, diligent, friendly, and of course, very helpful. I say this as a retired lawyer, though practising in different areas to Mario’s and Grace’s expertise; this, therefore, places me in a good position to judge other lawyers’ professionalism. I will continue in future to seek out advice and help from Di Lizio & Assocs, and could not recommend them more highly.

1 /5 Sophia wang: I have engaged with di lizio for multiple matters since 2020 and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing, especially in the last year. I had previously been dealing with Grace who had handled matters professionally. Since I have been dealing with May my experience has been the opposite. From the outset, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. My requests were not followed through, and key tasks were either delayed or not complete. Instead of advising, she charges and completes the task before checking if it is done correctly. I have had to pay an extra because she didn’t bother to check my original instruction properly. She also gave me the wrong instructions and I had to call council to double check that what she stated was in fact incorrect. When I attempted to follow up and understand what went wrong I was met with dismissive and at times rude responses, which only added to the frustration. On top of the poor service, I was also overcharged compared to what other solicitors were offering. Not once have I been offered a discount despite doing multiple matters on different properties with Di Lizio, and have only been met with more upcharge. Overall, the combination of unprofessional conduct, rudeness, lack of responsiveness, and unjustified costs has left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this firm for anyone looking for reliable or respectful legal services.
