Took my mum’s very special watch there after it had had a new battery replaced elsewhere & it wasn’t working but with a bit of a tweak & some valuable know how it was fixed just like that. Highly recommend Montal as the staff are friendly & helpful.

Moni V Paspaley Chadstone has the most beautiful pearl jewellery! The store is bright, well laid-out and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It is a luxury boutique so the jewellery is very expensive, but if you’re looking for truly stunning pearl jewellery, Paspaley is perfect for you. The store is only small, and is located on the ground floor in the luxury section between Prada and Burberry, near David Jones.

Tamanna Haider I cant thank Tamanna enough for helping me find the perfect bangles that fit my hand just right! She was super friendly and so helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate all her efforts to make sure I got exactly what I wanted!

Yolanda Komoll I had some antique rings resized and cleaned, Sam did a fantastic job. The rings look amazing, and the service was professional and thoughtful. Highly recommend for quality work and care with special pieces. I’ve included before and after photos.

Bec Pellowe OUTSTANDING!!! My hubby found a white quartz beach stone in NZ which had sentimental value. A good friend recommended Erimus so we chatted to Mark about enclosing the stone with silver and also adding a clasp thing so that I could hang it to my fav Pandora necklace. Mark clearly talked us through his suggestion (which we loved) and quoted a reasonable price for the work. He told us the necklace would be ready to collect in three weeks, but after two weeks we were told that we could come and collect it, yay. I was absolutely wrapped! It looks so professionally crafted no one would know its story! Mark, I cant thank you enough for creating this timeless piece. Also, to the lovely lady who served me when I collected it (sorry, I am usually so good with names!!!), her customer service was also outstanding! We will highly recommend your lovely shop to anyone who is looking for a jewellery creation!
