Cam Yowdontknowwhoiam Purchased a pair of gold hoop earrings. Taking them out of the box they both bent. They are rubbish quality, and unwearable. They have never been worn. Visited the store with proof of purchase, 3 days after original sale. Sales woman agreed the quality was very poor. Store called back the following day and offered discount on another purchase. They didnt disclose what that discount would be. Wont buy anything there again.

They gold plated a bracelet, shortened a very precious silver necklace and put a clasp on a piece of costume jewellery. Very happy with the whole experience!! Thankyou Kasia!

Michelle V I love this store! I first bought a bracelet for a friend then had to get one for myself too! It’s become a bit of a friendship bracelet now between us. The gold doesn’t green or fade, I never take it off and it looks like new. Good sizing range too
