Katia M KX Balwyn North are Simply the best! I have recently completed over 100 classes with this studio and each time has been an absolute pleasure. All of the instructors are extremely knowledgable, motivating and genuine. They create a supportive, judgement free atmosphere where everyone is welcome despite ability level. This culture rubs off onto the clients attending class who are all very friendly and encouraging. Unlike some other pilates studios I have tried, each KX class offers a proper full body work out. They also ensure the entirety of class time (50 mins) is dedicated to the workout (time to stretch/cool down happens before and after class). Parking is easy and there are plenty of classes on offer that vary by ability level. Highly recommend!

Maria Piemontese 30 minutes of fun and sweat! The only workout that has helped reduce my dreaded, stubborn muffin top! The instructors are enthusiastic, professional and passionate. Everyone ( all ages) is welcomed into the studio and encouraged to improve with each workout. 6am classes are the best! What a way to start the day! Highly recommend you give it a try!

Deanne Charter Coco Ella is a beautiful women’s only fitness studio with a wide range of classes. The instructors are amazing and very willing to help with any modifications you may need if injured, recovering from injury or if you simply dislike something :) I’ve tried many studios over the years and nothing comes close to Coco Ella. Elisa has truly created something special - a gym you’re excited to attend and a beautiful community amongst its members. I don’t even live in the area anymore - but nothing will stop me from attending Coco Ella (even the West Gate bridge!)
