Uplift Womens Health Collective - NSW

J Robaert I had my first session at Uplift Women’s Health Collective in Mitcham today for postpartum rehab and lower back pain, and it was a really positive experience. The therapist took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the treatment accordingly, which made me feel confident and supported. Even after just one session, I already feel hopeful about the progress I can make. I’m looking forward to continuing the treatment and would definitely recommend Uplift Women’s Health Collective to others seeking personalised and professional physiotherapy care.

Jareth Young Fitness - NSW

Cara Jareth is a brilliant trainer. As someone who’s never really been a gym person I’ve found his guidance invaluable in helping me build strength and gain the confidence to train independently. His technical knowledge of the body is impressive, and he helps me understand the mechanics behind the movements. He’s easygoing but also firm, and I enjoy our weekly sessions, and our chats. I can honestly highly recommend him.

Mark Coomey I’ve been with TC for 8 months. This place is more than just a gym! From its friendly owner and coach Sara, to the awesome trainers, (Vinny and Ray primarily for my schedule) it really creates a community feel. From 8 months ago to where I am now, I have made great progress due to the coaches help and attention to detail. The comradery is felt in each class and you look forward to coming back each time you walk out. Highly recommend!
