Plus Fitness 24/7 Rydalmere - NSW

Lakshman After its makeover, this gym has been everything Ive needed and helped me get back into a regular routine. It has the right mix of racks, cardio and machines that cater for most gym goers. In particular, my PT Elissa has been a game changer. Ive been with her for two years now and shes completely transformed my strength and fitness. The other PTs here (Lachlan and Ryan) are legends and go out of their way to make this the most welcoming space for all people. Management has always been polite and reasonable, and the community here is fantastic. 5/5 stars, no notes.

Macquarie University parkrun - NSW

Paul Battaglia This is a great hilly course amongst the university grounds. It is challenging with some tight turns. The coffee choices post run is pretty good.

Studio Pilates International Balgowlah - NSW

Heather Clarke Ive been coming to Studio Pilates at Balgowlah for over 2 years now. Ive done nearly 200 classes! Its such a great way to start the day. The instructors are great. I have some types of exercises I cant do (long story!) but they all know and make the appropriate modifications for me each time! I feel like I have my own personal trainer! Alex on Sunday mornings is a favourite. She knows my limits and pushes me where appropriate. Yikes! This type of resistance training is perfect, and I complement it with my aerobic style exercise for a perfect health balance!
