Aquarena Aquatic and Leisure Centre - NSW

Pierre Zoghbi I train here since 3 month. The gym is packed and tidy clean every single time I’m there. Staff are friendly and helpful and customers are always nice and no fussy people. The pool area is good and water is clean. I just hope they put some sun tanning chairs for lazy people like me :) the pool is undergoing renovation so it should be good. I like it here and happy to go back to exercising after years.

Live Move Perform - NSW

Cameron Ive been training at LMP for a couple of years, and love it. The sessions are well structured, the coaching from Matt and Tim is genuinely supportive, and the small-group environment makes it easy to stay motivated. I’ve noticed consistent improvements in how my body feels and moves. Highly recommend if you want great training in North Sydney!

Sassy Yoga - NSW

Duvis Rose I have attended a couple of sound baths at Sassy Yoga. From the moment I entered the space, I was met with a serene, welcoming atmosphere that immediately helped me unwind. Susie was warm and knowledgeable, taking a few moments to explain the session and set a collective intention, which made me feel safe and grounded. Once the sound bath began, the vibrations from the bowls and gong washed over me like gentle waves. I could literally feel the stress leaving my body. The sounds and chanting were layered beautifully, guiding me into a deeply meditative state. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more centered, and surprisingly energized. It was like a mental reset I didn’t even realize I needed. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax deeply, release emotional tension, or just reconnect with themselves.

The Commons Health Club Richmond - NSW

Gab Imb Wow, what a lovely space, the wait has definitely been worth it! The space is brand new and of course had a few opening hiccups, but the passionate staff I spoke to really made the place feel welcoming. The gym floor was well fitted out, a great mix of brand new cardio, machines and weights are available. Aside from having a good look around, I did a Pilates, Cardio & Strength concept class with Lily, who was also amazing! Overall, Im really impressed! I think its going to be a hectic opening weekend so good luck to all involved, very excited for my next class soon.
