Mehak June I done the ear piercing from here and that was my first and worst experience from lovisa. I have done nearly before month. And i visit today because my earing stuck in the ear . And request for help but she directly refuse to do it. I will never come back here . Very bad experience really hated this.

Brianna Miles The lady Abby was absolutely amazing and helped my partner pick out a beautiful ring after having issues at Prouds, we purchased a ring at prouds and after 5 days it started going green, when we tried to come in and show her and the lady Sue refused to exchange or refund it, and made it extremely hard, we went to Goldmark and spoke to Abby who actually called Sue and explained the ring shouldn’t be going green after few days, and to offer us a gift voucher or an exchange. We went back to prouds to collect the voucher and asked if she could place a ring on hold that we were debating. She said she couldn’t cause there’s to much paperwork so if we wanted it we needed to exchange. Or she’ll give us the gift voucher but won’t put the ring on hold as she said it’s “too much paper work” we went back to Goldmark where Abby very much accommodated us with the most beautiful customer service. Highly recommend asking for Abby when you shop there!

alex ninnes I cannot recommend Angela’s services any higher! My engagement ring needed to be resized and she did THE most beautiful job so now it fits perfectly, plus you would never know that the works had been done. Angela was very professional, helpful and lovely during the process as I was a little nervous to hand the ring over to anyone as I was recently engaged. The cost was also much less than I was expecting. Thank you so much Angela! Please everyone go visit her for all your jewellery needs!

Natasha Colchester I can honestly say that I received some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced at this store. I had an issue with an Elk item purchased at a boutique store who wouldnt help me... Meredith and, in particular Jane, went above and beyond for me and Im so grateful. I highly recommend this store... for beautiful clothing and excellent customer service.
