She was so happy to receive such service and said she will take her morning tea friends to buy gold. Thank you so much for helping mum, sorry dont know your name but mum said it starts with the letter Z. Its not easy to find professional customer service these days especially for older people like my mum. The staff member was bubbly with a warm characteristic to her and according to mum, she did her utmost to help her find the right necklace and initial. Thank you so much!

Anu Iyer I have bought few items in the last couple months. I was happy with their service especially the young girl. She is very helpful and customer friendly. But I was very disappointed with the person who served me on 11/08/24. She was very sarcastic and rude. I will think twice about going back to this shop now.
