1 /5 Chris: Avoid at all costs, there are so many bad reviews here for a reason and heres another. Purchased a gold necklace and crucifix, within less than 2 months the crucifix fell apart. Spoke to the store manager Tim who said come in we will have a look and do an exchange. Came to the store and Tim now said it had to be sent away for several weeks to be assessed which wasnt discussed previously. I brought up the Australian Consumer Law which would warrant me getting an exchange, repair or refund and he started yelling at me telling me I dont know what Im talking about. I still followed his process even though I knew he was wrong just so he could stop screaming. The cross was replaced and I asked what the assessment was that I was told was required from Goldmarks end and the response was "we werent told". Ive taken the jewellery to real jewellers rather than a chain and theyve all told me that the quality of work has already shown itself once and to not expect it to last long again.
