StretchTime - NSW

John Richardson Ive been seeing Mick at StretchTime for about 5 months now. Since day 1, he has been pivotal in helping me regain mobility in parts of my body that had been dormant due to a change in work (Quads, Adductors, Hamstrings, Groin, Lower Back + many more) as such, this has allowed me to start training to re-gain my fitness. I could not have done that without Stretch Time The community Mick has created through StretchTime is amazing, everyone has been extremely nice, respectful and most of all, keen to befriend any newcomers (especially Mick...legend!!) The shop is always clean, tidy and accessible (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) which makes it extremely conveniant. I would recommend StretchTimes services to anyone interested in gaining more mobility whether they be young, old, fit, injured or just plain sore! Thanks again Mick!

Kalos Sthenos Personal Training - NSW

OkayAllan Kalos is a wonderful place to train and I would recommend it to anyone that truly wants to transform their body composition. Their approach is very scientific and the focus is not just on time at the gym but also nutrition and building healthy habits. The energy of the trainer is great and theres a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I have been training with Nic and he is a really fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, patient, pushes me to test my strength, holds me accountable on my food habits while at the same time keeping the training sessions interesting and fun. I am really happy with the results I’ve managed to achieve with Nic’s help. Looks like it’ll be a great investment for me moving into the future!
