Their craftsmanship is outstanding—they designed and made the ring, and the result was absolutely stunning. Throughout the process, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about creating something special. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for trustworthy jewellers. I will be shopping there for life.

5 /5 A K: Thank you for the wonderful service! I have a ring from this jewelry store, and I’m very happy with it. When I came back six months later to ask if they could clean it along with a few of my older pieces (which I didn’t purchase from them), they gladly cleaned all of them for free! I also brought in another ring, which is over 10 years old, not from this store, but very dear to me. They took it in for repair and assured me they could fix it. Highly recommend this place!

2 /5 Alice M: Update: there was no resolution proposed, only for me to pay 2000 dollars more for it to be in 585, which is not going to fix the problem that I was not told it was not proper gold in the first place, and I specifically asked this question. 375 technically is not gold, but 62,5% other metals, so it was consultants obligation not to lie that it was to the customer. No refund was offered, so I dont know which resolution and unfairness you are talking about, the only resolution here is that it was poor customer service and trying to cover up the problem by avoiding straight answers to my questions. But since you find it unfair and call me aggressive instead of looking into the problem, I think I will actually take my complaint further. Such a disappointment, wanted to buy a ring to replace my diamond marriage ring with something less flashy and liked one from their shop. Asked what that was the consultant said its gold and sapphire. What she didnt tell is that its poorest gold possible, which usually not being sold as gold, its 375 instead of 585 which most of the jewelers consider not gold. Moreover its cut inside so its even less of metal, looks like a cheap joke for a marriage ring! 375 turns black because its almost no gold, so what my marriage ring isnt gonna last years I suppose. Just a scam, I didnt even know its possible to sell 375, Ive been to a lot of countries. The worst ring I ever brought in my life. Be careful, look inside.

5 /5 Ryan Moore: Michael was amazing throughout the process of designing my partners engagement ring, refining the details and helping me to select the right size diamond. He only uses the best looking diamonds for a fantastic finished product. Very personal experience making the moments much more special. Could not recommend him and his team enough. We are getting our wedding bands through him aswell as any other jewellery and gems in the future.
