Yolanda Slik Jade has been the best coach ever, this month will be 3 years since I’ve started and since then I’ve lost well over 20kg and have competed in bodybuilding comps twice with her guiding me. She is so easy to reach and communicating with her is so so easy, she’s a world of knowledge and I’ll always recommend her to family and friends :)

Zoe I have recently been using primal to overcome a running related injury. My experience thus far has been extremely positive and I’ll certainly be recommending primal to my running community! Firstly, Primal is like no other. They have proper gym equipment and facilities to help people truly recover from injuries, not just the simple massages or needle therapies most alternate clinics offer. As a result I’m receiving results that are long lasting, to allow me to get back into physical activity! The physios onsite are highly qualified, supportive and committed professionals. I have been seeking help from Charbel whom I highly recommend! He listens to my concerns, he encourages you to commit to the work needed to recover, and is truly dedicated to his work. I trust his expertise and suggestions and that makes a huge difference to my recovery. An important thing for females to consider too- he is extremely respectful and communicates with me whenever he makes physical assessments. This was extremely important to me as I usually opt to go for female physios. Lastly, the customer service is fantastic. I receive confirmation via phone call for my appointments, I’m able to use Medicare billing seamlessly, and can change/amend my appointments if needed.
