Assmaa Zeno Amazing womens group with women across all ages and phases of life and very welcoming and friendly environment. Beyza is very knowledgeable and sets up her programs with intention so that you can mamximise the workout and progress in strength. If you need help improving technique, then her space is the place to be. She has helped me, through her cues, allow me to finally deadlift without backpain and finally deadlift my body weight effortlessly. She has also helped improve my squats just by adjusting my form slightly, throug her attention to detail when coaching her clients. Through her upper body program, i was finally able to get a pull up, a goal i have been chasing for years. Her programs are versatile and always loaded with skills that will help you unlock the best version of yourself. And the kids love her and look forwad to childminding at the gym because they have so much fun!
