Her customer service was amazing- really connected with customers so well without going overboard and greeting customers with a genuine smile. She got what I wanted done really quickly as well. Kamil Singh I bought crystal bracelets and a lamp from Northern Sky. The bracelets were beautiful and my family loved them. The lamp was broken in transit and once i informed Mia she promptly sent me a new one. Exceptional customer service and great products. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

From the moment i walked in i received nothing but amazing customer service helping me with my son’s broken necklace from his 21st .
