Joey Lai CorePlus was my first ever experience for pilates. I was already working out at the gym at the time but I wanted to elevate my routine. But even then, pilates felt a bit intimidating for me as I went alone. But after going here and attending classes with almost every instructor, I could not feel more different. I love the team and how they are different. They allow me to challenge myself or to cut back depending on how I am feeling that day. I never feel judged or unsure of what to do. They are quick to notice but quiet and comfortable correct you. Also a lot of the instructors have a great playlist, often to match the pace. Definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend attending here if you are looking around.

180 Shift Fitness Hub - NSW

Jasmine B Such an awesome training experience at 180 Shift. All the classes are amazing, the 180 Rush, Ninja and Power up classes are definitely my favourite. All the trainers and staff are so supportive and knowledgeable. There is a great community feel between all members. Cant recommend 180 Shift enough!

JD Gyms Burnley - NSW

Al Central Considering it was my first time training in a JD gym, I found the facility quite spacious with a wide variety of Matix equipment to train with. The gym itself is clean and the changing room was nicely kept with a sauna inside of it to end your session with. Would highly recommend giving it a go if you’re in the area. 10/10 - Friendly staff - Great facility - Clean gym

Fun Fast Fitness - NSW

Robert Johnston I recently joined the Lungs in action classes and enjoy the fun exercises as we as a class move from machine to machine. The class I do runs for one hour twice a week and feel much better after doing these low impact. I’m one of 25+ people in the class and can highly recommend this to any senior who wants to keep moving. Rebecca and her friendly team are so courteous and supportive.
