Anthony Potter Booked an appointment for a valuation days in advance, received a confirmation email, stood out front of business in the cold for 45mins. No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isnt on site anyway and Id have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie. Nigel A I had a great experience purchasing my Tudor Black Bay 54 from Doncaster’s Gregory Jeweller’s. I happened to walk in on the same day Tudor announced their price increase… unlucky timing! While I wasn’t able to get a discount, the team went above and beyond to make the experience feel special by gifting me a complimentary Tudor baseball cap and a beautifully presented Tudor book, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to ensure the bracelet sizing was done properly, even if it meant I couldn’t take the watch home that day. It showed real care and attention to detail, which speaks volumes about their customer service. Overall, a very professional and friendly team. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future purchases or servicing.

Ma Zhen (Z-Maney) An amazing shopping experience and big thanks to my sales associate Bowie @ Gregorys Burwood for securing a piece that I had been after but was unable to source. Bowie definitely knew her products and it was wonderful to be able to chat about watches in such a laid back environment. I had told her that I was after a present and she was able to quickly deliver on it after only a short wait.
