I have never come across staff who went all out for a customer at Sportsgirl probably because most of the time I went at peak hours. Jess offered to assist with steam ironing the size 6 of the top she got from the storeroom as there was none on display. Little did she know that it has definitely made my day as I needed that top for that night and had only few hours to get ready for the event that night. Jess was just the angel sent! Her exceptional customer service has definitely upped my shopping experience with Sportsgirl and my perception of Sportsgirl moving forward.
