Nav Patience This store is a hidden gem! I bought my bridal earrings and bracelet from Sophie Catherine in the Block Arcade in Melbourne. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this place a year ago, and went back when I needed some beautiful pieces for our special day. I was extra lucky because they had a sale on. Elena Roland fixed my watch where the model was superseded and I couldn’t get a replacement band from the supplier - his ingenuity resolved the design issue! Amazing! Highly recommend, well-trained jeweller with excellent skills!

Noir Black I did not want to leave this review but after conversing with the store they would not accept a return. Whilst the earrings I purchased were pretty, the hoops were poor quality. I found similar hoops online at sites selling for $2 or $3 and yet the stores response was that their product was as advertised 18k gold plated, and was priced accordingly with free postage. I would have preferred to pay for postage had I known the quality beforehand. Additionally, Fair Trading NSW states that a consumer is entitled to a refund on jewellery if unworn and in its original packing if the buyer is not satisfied with the product. Whilst the order was reasonably priced and arrived very quickly I am disappointed with the product.

Greg Maunder Picked up Click & Collect purchase. Easy, hassle free with friendly, efficient staff. As I was picking up for someone else (noted in the online order), ID was quite rightly requested. As for what was purchased, it was the Classico Zip Medium Pouch, with butterfly pattern, perfect for a Mothers Day gift. No need to wrap as it comes with a protective bag and then in a Mimco carry bag. $$
