The ring I fell in love with was on sale and only came in yellow gold. Bianca contacted HO to see what they could do. My ring was remade into white gold. The service Bianca gave was exceptional. Ben Bielert I went into Michael Hill Hillside today to buy a present for my lovely wife. I had some idea what I wanted but also needed a bit of guidance. I was positively blessed to encounter Wendy and a lovely young lady who was on her first day but also fantastic (didnt catch her name, sadly). Between the two of them, I came away with some very nice gifts and never felt pressured but simply assisted in one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. This right here is why shopping in person is better than online. The personal interaction, suggestions, enjoyable conversation, and overall experience were fantastic.
