1 /5 Anu Middha: I wish I could rate this store a zero. Avoid this place at all costs! I got my ear pierced on 05/01/2025, and one piercing was crooked. When I called the next day, the staff member assured me they’d fix it for free in 2-3 weeks and said there was no need to visit as a report had been generated. However, this turned out to be a false promise. When I went back today (25/01/2025), they refused to honor their word, claiming, “it’s not our policy.” The staff working on 06/01/2025 clearly misled me, showing a complete lack of professionalism. This store needs to hire better-trained staff who understand integrity and proper customer care. Don’t waste your time or money here—find a place that values its customers and stands by its work. I’ll never return!

5 /5 Nathan 360: This is a nice little shop situated in castle, hill towers just past the food court they sell a wide variety of costume jury earrings, scouse bracelets and all types of decorative costume jewellery. Most of the items in the shop were quite well priced and they look very good for the amount of money. Thats being paid a lot of them more unspecial and I find it to be very cheap and was able to pick up a few lovely items for less than $20. The staff was nice. And the shop was quite busy.As its a good place to go , if you need a set of earrings or bracelet or a charm or a small gift for a female , this would be the right type of shop

1 /5 Anthony Tan: Staff have zero customer service skills. Called up to make an appointment for an ear piercing to be told to come in after 1.15pm yesterday. Arrived after 4pm to be told ear piercings cannot be done within one hour of close time due to not being able to enter in on their point of sale system/machine. Prior to that my wife tried to have her piercing done and was denied due to not having her ID with her and she is 31 years old. I feel sorry for the owner of this store, find some new staff.
