1 /5 T I: On July 26th at about 1:40pm, I was in the store for about 20 minutes and no one approached me to see if I needed any help or to even greet me. I walked to the back of the store to the body jewellery and saw that the employee was sitting on a little chair on her phone. I was right next to her and nothing was said. I’m a loyal Lovisa customer but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. I told the employee that it was very unprofessional that she didn’t do any service and that there were other customer in the store. I think the team needs a refresher on customer service and experience

2 /5 Maguire Jasmine (Jazzy!): June 22nd @ 10.30am was when I shopped at the store. I wasnt acknowledged when I was being served at the counter. The assistant didnt look at me when saying hello - I noticed she did this to another customer before me. It gave the impression that she didnt want to be there. I hope management can find a way to support the team to ensure improved service and working environment.

1 /5 Christina Andrew: At 10:30 am today (Tuesday) I went to Lovisa to grab some pieces. I was there for a while looking and the worker had her back to the store the whole time. Once I was ready to purchase I waited at the cashier and no one came. I said excuse me and the employee ignored me. I waited and again I said excuse me and she turned around seemingly annoyed and didn’t greet me or say anything. She walked to the cashier and said card or cash. I told her cash and she scanned the items and I had 20$ in my hand to which she just took without telling me how much. A very unpleasant experience to beginning to end.

1 /5 gabbychristiee: Went to the counter to purchase earrings, however, the employee was on the phone and ignored me for minutes. The employee never looked at me or served me, despite standing at the counter and presenting my items. As a result, I left after minutes of being ignored and did not purchase the earrings. I will not be returning.

5 /5 Anjali Belani: Lavvina greeted me with a big smile and helped me repair my necklace. She did a fabulous job. I would also recommend this store for good value for money products as purchased some beautiful gold hoop earrings for a fantastic buy 3 deal. My earrings were also beautifully packaged. Overall a fantastic shopping experience from start to finish. Really appreciated the excellent service which made my day. Thank you!

Kimi singh Elaine is so lovely , I initially dealt with Ana ,she was amazing as well ,but I went to pick one of the rings and was greeted by Elaine . This diamond ring was just to make myself feel better during a very tough phase of my mental health and life . I went to collect the ring and just wanted to pair it with another one . I have never made such a purchase for myself and this was the first time . Having a conversation with Elaine felt like an elder sister convo , I don’t have family here and it rare when someone is so warm and loving and passionate about their Job . I just wanted to buy another ring for the way I was dealt with . Such a beautiful human being and very professional with her work and communication. All 5 stars to her . This store people are really amazing and very transparent with the policies. Can’t wait to pick up my other ring soon . I feel like a goddess after this diamond ring .
