2 /5 Sarah Jane: Cheap jewellery = cheap quality but thats not the issue. I was asked 5 times by staff if I needed help over a span of 10 minutes with them asking am I sure I dont need any help when I declined. Once or twice is enough I dont need to be hounded while I shop thank you.

5 /5 Rushda: Got my daughters ears pierced by Dena at Tuggerah Westfield, my daughter (and I agree) couldnt stop talking about how amazing she was. She was patient and gentle not just with my daughter but also with me because I wasnt ready to get her the second piercings. Two weeks later I went back to get my ears pierced by Dena too. We live an hour away and have many Lovisas around us but we came all the way to Tuggerah for Dena! Big shout out!!
