He took the time to research and provide me with options for the design and diamond choice in the engagement ring I purchased for my fiance and he was patient with my many questions. I had a requirement for a very short turnaround for the whole process due to an upcoming overseas trip, and Michael delivered exactly as he said he would at each step of the way. Nigel A I had a great experience purchasing my Tudor Black Bay 54 from Doncaster’s Gregory Jeweller’s. I happened to walk in on the same day Tudor announced their price increase… unlucky timing! While I wasn’t able to get a discount, the team went above and beyond to make the experience feel special by gifting me a complimentary Tudor baseball cap and a beautifully presented Tudor book, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to ensure the bracelet sizing was done properly, even if it meant I couldn’t take the watch home that day. It showed real care and attention to detail, which speaks volumes about their customer service. Overall, a very professional and friendly team. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future purchases or servicing.
