1 /5 Nikki Westwood: If I could leave zero stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF SHONKS.... Look at my ring resize they didn’t even solder it properly and then Donna in the store tried to blame me and my body heat for causing it. They wouldn’t repair for free or offer refund. Rude and incompetent staff that don’t have product knowledge. Stay away!! I will be going to fair trading/ACCC. After MIchael Hill replied below to email them, i actually did and Regina replied saying there was nothing they could do if i took my ring to another jeweller. I wouldnt trust these guys with a five cent piece let alone leave my ring there again. Substandard jewellery and dodgy repairs.

Paola handled my needs with perfection and she didnt want to talk me into something that I wouldnt want. Thank you so much for the good experience without judging my budget to find the perfect ring. Would highly recommend to swing by if you are looking for a great customer service

1 /5 Holly Fulton: Unfortunately my necklace chain broke so of course I went in to see if they can fix/replace it. They informed me it would be $70 to fix it where it would be $40 to buy a new one. For a necklace purchased 3 months ago it was very disappointing that not only are the products clearly very cheap but they don’t assist you when it breaks. Went across to Prouds to show them and they informed me that if it happened with their necklace, as long as I have the receipt they would fix/replace it free of cost.

1 /5 AR RA: STAY AWAY FROM MICHAEL HILL !!! Staff and manager are very rude in castle hill shopping mall. They are not happy to do any return for you even if it within 30 days of purchase. I explained I came back to return because I didn’t like the item and it was more than 1000 dollars. Manager straight away told me she won’t return it because the packaging is not original and item is worn. Both the allegations were completely wrong , it was their own packaging box and item was just tried (not worn ). I had purchased at least 20 pieces with them before but first time I wanted to return something but they just don’t want to return the money. Better buy online , at least you can return or exchange if you don’t like the item in your guarantee period, no wonder lot of michael hills are closing down.

Daniel Moon From the moment we stepped into the Kennedy Chadstone store, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from the entire team. We visited twice while I was deciding on which watch to purchase, and on both occasions, Joseph was incredibly accomodating and patient. He took the time to walk me through each of the timepieces I was interested in and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. In the end, I chose the Grand Seiko Shunbun and it hasn’t left my wrist since! A special shoutout also to the lovely staff who were so kind and friendly with our 6 year old daughter. One of the ladies engaged her in conversation, which made it much easier for me to focus and make my decision without feeling rushed. Having visited many boutique AD stores across Asia, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. A heartfelt thank you to Joseph and the Kennedy Chadstone team for making this such a seamless, memorable, and delightful experience.
