Even when there are no other customers in the store they make you stand there and wait while they finish a chat with each other. Then when they finally speak to you, they have poor customer service and rude. I would rather drive to a completely different Michael Hill in another suburb then go to this store.

Hayden Brown Ive been engagement ring hunting across quite a lot of different jewellery stores recently and I can honestly say Mohammad went above and beyond the competition to help us choose the ring we ultimately decided to buy. Also, having seen so many rings recently I can also say that the choices at Angus & Coote seem to be the best value for money. The documentation supplied with the ring proved I was getting a quality product at a fair price.
