With his industry knowledge and experience, he helped us re-finance an existing loan and secure additional funds to enable us to do a small build that we didnt think wed be able to secure funds for. The interest rates Jesse was able to source were also great rates for a non-standard residential build. Professional throughout, Jesse went out of his way to help us, even coming to our house one evening to step us through the multiple documents and pages that required our understanding and signatures. Great communication and called out early where we needed to be involved and what was expected of us. Highly recommended.
