Geoff Barclay If you are considering visiting Trudi for Bowen Therapy , may I suggest you go ahead and call her . Very likely you will not be disappointed. Trudi has been very helpful in treating numbness in my lower legs and feet . Her knowledge and skill as both a Bowen Therapist and Physical Coach have improved my condition. Apart from her thorough treatment, Trudi has taught and coached me to be to exercise and stretch properly , so as to be able to help improve my condition myself between visits , thus speeding up my recovery. I would highly recommend her .

Maya Fernwood is a clean, comfortable women-focused gym with a friendly vibe. The equipment is reliable, classes are varied, and staff are generally supportive. It’s not the cheapest option, but the atmosphere is welcoming and easy to stick with.

lauren Turner Love the gym but I wish there was a stair master. Every other gym that I have been to have one and you’d think with the price we pay there could be at least one stair master installed. I asked about this and was told that the roof wasn’t high enough but I’m confused how this could be when the roof looks the same height as anytime fitness/ and there are other machines that require the same height that exist within the gym? Would be such a good addition to the gym.
