Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. I was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience. I ended up getting a ring that I hadn’t even considered but which worked perfectly with my unique engagement ring. Ryan Shane Wow. I needed a watch repair urgently and found I live local to ash. I had my wedding on the Saturday and I wanted to wear my grandads watch on the day that hasn’t worked in years. I took it to Ash, his knowledge and care for detail with this family heirloom blew me away and did it right then and there in front of me. All I wanted was a battery change but he replaced the seals, cleaned all the components and got it looking great. We chatted the whole time and it was clear his skills in this dying art is something you can’t get from the little repair shops you see in the big shopping centres. If he didn’t live so close the other review on here nearly would have put me off but extremely happy I went. Highly recommend and already have plans to drop a few more bits and pieces off.
