Maria really went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions and showing genuine care in making sure I found something meaningful. Just a few days earlier, I had visited a different Pandora store but left empty-handed because I didn’t feel supported in finding the right piece. The experience at Chatswood was a complete contrast, thanks to Maria, I walked out feeling confident and happy with my choice.
