ATHLETE EVOLUTION - NSW

Nick Claringbold A brilliant team that have taken great care in supporting my son. They have provided individualised programs and training that have helped him achieve his goal. Teaching teenagers how to exercise using weights in a safe and effective manner is so critical for long term health. Can’t recommend Trent, Pat and the team highly enough.

Movement Martial Arts - NSW

James Mak Absolutely fantastic gym. I had been training with Wade in MT for 8 months now. The teaching is professional , exceptional and very thoughtful and I just feel grateful to have such a great coach in my martial arts journey. My daughter goes to the teens class and I can see she’s more confident and active now. I remember the focus and care she got from the coach on the first lesson and it just blew my mind. The coaches are very caring for the kids. If you or your kid wants to try out an effective martial art, this place will not disappoint and is highly recommended.

Anytime Fitness - NSW

Dan Fenech Gym isn’t the problem, it’s the patrons. Walked in 9pm sat night, Indian guys everywhere yelling at the top of their lungs. Nothing put back in its place, thrown all over the floor. After attempting to look for dumb bells whilst weaving around the crowds of people doing more socialising then working out… I walked out. More like a night club then a gym. Gym itself actually has a really good set up and probably a good vibe during quieter hours. I’ll give it another go when it’s a little quieter.

CrossFit Hawthorn East - NSW

Emma Earthy As far as CrossFit goes, you won’t find better than this. The coaches and community are the most supportive I’ve ever come across. Everyone wants you to succeed and cheers you on no matter where you are in your journey. It’s my favourite hour of every day, every class is a good time.

Forge Athletic West Melbourne - NSW

Nadine Clode The Best. Coaches. People. Space. I felt supported the moment I walked into Forge Athletic at West Melbourne: it had been 10 years since the last time and in between I had surgery on my cervical spine, a shoulder and a knee. Talked to Al. Made a plan. Met Kara, then Danny. They are all ace and have always given additional time to make sure I know what I am doing, am doing it properly and with an appropriate modification and or weight. The other best thing about this place is those that train there. It’s a real sense of community; inspiring and motivating.
