Eleanor Laver I don’t usually subscribe to gold and random Jewellery stores however I was surprisingly impressed by the handsome young man who served me (presumably the owner) he was funny, smart and charming and knowledgeable. Will take my girlfriends and gays next time I visit! Loved it xx

Ramon Merola Came in to get x2 clasps replaced. Michael is a true gentleman and very honest jeweller. Not only was he able to replace them in 30 minutes but he is well priced and even offered to trade in the broken clasps which made the price cheaper. He could have just said these are broken and that they are worth nothing and I wouldn’t have thought any different. Thank you again for your honesty and outstanding service

Dominique I accidentally snapped my bracelet and spoke to a lovely lady named Saff on the phone. I was almost on the brink of tears and she advised that she would replace it free of charge due to the warranty. She was so kind and understanding and I really appreciate her service. Thank you once again Saff, you are the best!!
